摘  要:采用微波辐射技术,以对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)作催化剂,没食子酸和正丁醇直接酯化合成没食子酸正丁酯。最佳反应条件为:没食子酸19.3mmol,催化剂0.5g,二者的摩尔比是1∶0135,正丁醇20ml,微波功率525W,辐射时间20min,酯化产率为879%。该条件下的反应速度是酶促反应速度的54倍。The n butyl gallate was synthesized by esterification of butyl alcohol and gallic acid in catalysis of p methyl toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) induced by microwaves.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:gallic acid and PTSA were 19.3mmol and 0.5g,i.e.the molar ratio of gallic acid to catalyst was 1∶0.135,the quantities of n butyl alcohol,microwave power,and microwave irradiation time were 20ml,525W,and 20min respectively.The yield of n butyl gallate was 87.9%.The rate of reaction was up to 53 times faster in catalysis of PTSA under microwaves than by enzymatic method.
