冠周炎急性期智齿拔除术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冠周炎急性期智齿拔除术的临床疗效。方法选取我科就诊的冠周炎急性期130例行智齿拔除术拔牙术，观察拔牙时间，术中术后疼痛程度，术后肿胀情况和创口愈合情况，并与缓解期行智齿拔除术的82例患者作为对照组进行对比。结果冠周炎急性期行智齿拔除术在拔牙时间，术中术后疼痛程度，术后肿胀情况和创口愈合等方面与缓解期拔牙者差异无显著性垆〉0．05）。结论冠周炎急性期行智齿拔除术只要严格掌握适应证，是安全有效的，同时具有缩短疗程，及时解除病因，缓解疼痛的优点。Objective To investigate curative effect of extracting wisdom tooth during actue pericoronitis. Methods 130 cases were treated with extraction of wisdom tooth during actue pericoronitis, comparing 82 cases treating with extraction of wisdom tooth. The process of extraction, local pain during extraction and post- extraction, swell and healing up ol： wound were observed. Results The process of extraction, local pain during extraction and post- extraction, swell and healing up of wound in two groups have no signifincantly differences. Conclusions Extraction of wisdom tooth during actue pericoronitis is a safe and effective method as well as the cases were selected properly. This method can alleviate pain and relieve the cause of pericoronitis quickly.
