摘　　要：本文对国内外图书馆绩效评估的发展背景及定义和内涵进行了分析。详细介绍了ISO11620:2008的评价指标及其特点。分析和归纳了我国图书馆绩效评估的发展趋势:即绩效评估的标准化、电子资源在评估中受到越来越多的重视、图书馆绩效评估逐步从"内部评估"转向"外部评估"。This paper analysed the development background and connotation of the domestic and foreign library performance measurement. It described the evaluation of the ISO11620：2008 and its characteristics of indicators in detail, analysed and summarized the trends of our library performance measurement, such as： the standardization of pefformnce measurement, more attentions to the electronic resources in the measurement, the transition of the library performance measurement step by step from the internal measurement to external measurement.
