4-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-间苯二酚的合成及与铟的显色反应

摘　　要：合成了4-（4-安替吡啉偶氮）-间苯二酚，采用红外光谱法对该显色剂的结构进行了表征，研究了该显色剂与铟（Ⅲ）的显色反应。结果表明：在pH=5．0的NaAc—HAc缓冲溶液中，该显色剂与铟（Ⅲ）形成稳定的橙色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于480nm，表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3．1×10^4L·mol^-1·cm，铟的质量浓度在0～40μg／25mL范围内符合比尔定律。4-（4-Antipyrinylazo） resorcinol was synthesized,and its structure was identified by IR spectroscopy. The Colour Reaction of the reagent with indium（ Ⅲ） was investigated. It was found that the color reagent reacted with indium（ Ⅲ） to form a stable orange complex in HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 5.0. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 480 nm and apparent molar absorptivity was of 3.1 × 10^4L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. Beer＇s law was obeyed for indium（ Ⅲ） mass concentrate in the range of 0 to 40 μg/25 mL.
