摘　　要：不少企业在ERP项目实施中采取了分阶段实施的策略,这就需要对ERP系统子模块的选择做出科学决策。通过对经验判断法、价值工程法和质量功能配置法运用于ERP分步实施决策分析的基础上,形成ERP分步实施决策方法应以经验判断法为主,价值工程和质量功能配置法为辅的结论。Many enterprises adopt staged implementation strategy when carrying out the ERP Project, so it＇s necessary to make scien- tific decision when selecting the ERP system submodules. By comparing the application of the experience judgment method, value engineer method and quality function deploy method on the decision - making of ERP staged implementation, this article concluded that the decision - making of ERP staged implementation should give priority to the experience judgment method, and combine with the value engineering and quality function deploy method.
