返乡农民工的就业状况及其影响因素研究——基于贵州省贵阳市的实证调查

摘　　要：对贵州省贵阳市221名返乡农民工就业状况的调查表明,人力资本和社会制度是影响返乡农民工就业状况的主要因素;运用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,不仅能直观地反映人力资本因素、社会制度因素与返乡农民工就业状况之间的相关性,而且能为构建返乡农民工就业、创业援助机制提供实证咨询和决策依据。Based on the empirical investigation to the employment status of the returning migrant farmers of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, we can see that human capital and social systems are the main factors. The use of the two methods, i.e., quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis can not only intuitively reflect the correlationship between the human capital, social systems and the employment status of the returning migrant workers but also offer consultation and evidence on decisions to building employment mechanism, entrepreneurship assistant association.
