摘　　要：为研究邢台学院大学生的抑郁状况及其原因,对邢台学院402名大学生进行问卷调查和访谈。结果表明,抑郁检出率为20.90%;贫困生和艺术生的抑郁情绪显著高于一般学生,不良人际关系和消极思维方式是产生抑郁的主要影响因素,因此进行人际交往团体训练和认知疗法个体咨询可有效减少抑郁的产生。The article aims to study the depression status of the students in Xingtai University and what accounts for the results. The subjects of the investigation are 402 students of Xingtai University. The results of the questionnaires and interviews show that the relevance ratio of depression is 20.90 percent, and the scores of needy students and art students are higher than those of the average students. Stress factors and diathesis factors are significantly correlated with depression. Therefore, it is advisable to carry out the mental health education for the students of Xingtai University.
