摘　　要：采用有限元方法对脊上翘梯形脊波导的传输特性进行了研究,求解了脊上翘梯形脊波导的主模截止波长,单模带宽以及典型尺寸的场结构图,讨论了各个参数的变化对上翘梯形脊波导传输特性的影响,且给出了相应的计算数据和图示.Transmission characteristics of upswept trapezoidal-ridge waveguide are analyzed by the finite element method. The cutoff wavelength of the dominant mode, bandwidth and field pattern of the typical model size of upswept trapezoidal-ridge waveguide are obtained respectively. The influence of the parameters on the transmission characteristics is discussed. Finally,some computational data and figures are obtained.
