河北民间艺术资源的发掘与传承

摘　　要：河北省传统文化和民间文化艺术在中华大地是具有代表性的,在国内同一种类的民间艺术中,地方风格特点也十分鲜明。然而,尽管深厚悠久的历史文化孕育了异彩纷呈的河北民间艺术,但长期以来,河北民间艺术的生命活力、价值和意义却没有得到充分彰显,对河北民间艺术的理论探究、实践开掘和现代意义的观照还显得有些薄弱。而要使这一现象得以改观,就必须深入发掘民间艺术资源,并在此基础上推动河北地方文化建设。具体而言,可从以下几方面入手:一是注重横向联系,总结地域文化规律;二是建立活体博物馆,广泛播撒传统文化精神;三是从儿童着手,注重文化传承;四是总结历史传承热点,推进河北文化事业发展。The folk art in Hebei province has its own characteristics with a long history and culture, but for a long time its vigor, value and significance have not been revealed fully. To change this situation, we must explore the folk art resources on the basis of which Hebei＇s cultural construction should be promoted. Concretely speaking, we should do in the following ways. First, horizontal connection should be valued to sum up the cultural rules; second, more museums should be set up; third, cultural inheritance should be strengthened; fourth, historical passing point should be found to promote the cultural cause in Hebei province.
