摘　　要：MAL基因是一种在T细胞分化中晚期时表达的抑癌基因,与多种肿瘤发生密切有关。目前研究显示,在食管癌、胃癌、肠癌组织中MAL基因发生表达缺失,其表达异常与多种分子机制有关,而MAL基因启动子区发生了高度甲基化是其失活的重要原因。MAL有望成为以上恶性肿瘤早期诊断、指导预后的指标,但要应用于临床仍须进一步研究。MAL gene expresses in the mediate and late stage of T-lymphocyte,which has close relationship with the genesis of some kinds of tumors.Recent studies have shown MAL expression in esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal carcinoma is missing,and the loss is due to several kinds of molecular mechanism,the most important reason is the hypermethylation in promoter region of MAL gene.MAL can be an early diadynamic criteria and prognostic marker of these carcinomas,however,further researches are needed for the clinical application.
