摘 要:冷冻外科技术经历了40多年的发展和论证,在骨肿瘤方面的治疗效果已取得共识。近年来,随着与冷冻外科技术相关的物理学、工程学、生理病理学的发展,及新一代冷冻设备、影像学设备的涌现促进了冷冻治疗效果的较大提高。阐述不同温度条件下冷冻治疗的立即损伤和延迟损伤机制,并对冷冻控制仪、冷媒及冷冻探针,温度监控设备,冷冻过程监控设备等冷冻设备研制方面的新进展予以综述。而后探讨该项技术目前存在的问题,并对其发展前景提出展望。The Cryosurgery Technique has been developed and argued for more than forty years,now the treatment effects on bone tumors come to a common view.In recent years,with the development of physics,engineering,physiopathology related and the occurrence of new refrigeration equipment and imaging equipment,the therapeutic efficacy of cryosurgery is greatly improved.This paper provides an overview of the mechanism of immediate damage and delayed damage after cryotherapy in different temperature condition.And the improvement of refrigeration equipment,such as Refrigeration Control Device,Refrigerant,Freeze probe,Temperature monitoring equipment,Process monitoring equipment,is also discussed in this article.Moreover,we discuss the existing problems and prospects of this technique.
