摘　　要：阐述了信息素质教育的涵义,探讨了图书馆馆员信息素质教育的重要性及现状,指出了图书馆馆员信息素质教育的构成、主要内容和实现图书馆馆员信息素质教育的途径。On the basis of demonstrating the meaning of information literacy education, the importance and the status of information literacy education of librarians were discussed. The composition and primary coverage of information literacy education for librarians were pointed out as well as the ways to implement information literacy education of librarians.
