摘　　要：交通运输是国民经济发展的命脉,其中高等级公路以其快速、便捷的运输方式为国家的经济、社会和文化等方面的发展产生了巨大的影响。近年来,随着中国公路路网建设的迅速发展,路网建设带动联网监控需求,联网监控的需求也逐步上升到关键的位置。传统的树形交通监控模型在联网监控模式中出现不少的新问题。针对联网监控模式提出一种新型的联网监控模型,从而更好地为交通路网(尤其是高速公路)提供高质量、高效率的管理以及出行服务信息。Transportation is the lifeline of economic development, high- grade highway with its fast, convenient mode of transportation impact on the country＇s economic, social and cultural development. In recent years, as our highway network construction with the rapid development, the demand for network monitoring has been driven by road network construction,the demand for network monitoring has also gradually risen to a key position. The traditional tree model in network traffic moni - toring mode to monitor the emergence of many new problems. This article provides a new kind of network monitoring model for the network monitoring,thus better provides high- quality,high efficient management,and travel information services for the＇ traffic network （especially highway）.
