摘　　要：结合兴隆庄煤矿选煤厂生产实例,分析了兴隆庄矿选煤厂跳汰机自动排料控制系统中存在的问题,介绍了自动排料系统改造的实践和效果。实际生产效果表明,改造后分选精度提高,数量效率提高,事故率降低,分选效果明显改善。Base on the instance of Xinglong＇zhuang Coal Mining coal separating plant, this article analyzes the problems of the auto - dumping control systems of jigging machine, and introduces an improvement of the auto - dumping control systems and its effect. The result shows that separating accuracy of the system has been raised, the quantity and efficiency have been enhanced, the possibility of trouble has been reduced, and the separating effect has been significant improved.
