摘　　要：简述了大爱精神、和谐图书馆的本质特征及其内涵,阐述了构建和谐图书馆需要图书管理人员大力弘扬大爱精神以及弘扬大爱精神在构建和谐图书馆中的作用,对图书管理人员提高图书馆服务工作水平,推动高校图书馆建设具有现实指导意义。The essential feature and connotation of great - love spirit and harmonious library are described in this paper. To build harmonious library demands library staff to make great efforts in carrying forward the spirit of great love, which takes a large role in that. These two aspects have practice significances for the library staff to improve their service and promote the construction of college library.
