摘　　要：学风建设水平从一个侧面反映一所高校的办学能力,它对人才培养的质量起着重要作用。通过阐述高校理科院系学风建设的重要性,分析指出目前高校理科院系学风建设中存在的主客观问题,并根据分析结果提出针对性的建议与对策。The level of the building of learning style reflects the ability to run a college in one aspect, which plays an important role in incubating talents. This paper expatiates the importance of the learning style building, analyzes and points out both the subjective and objective problems in building the learning style of the science departments in college at present, advances the countermeasures and suggestions based on the research results.
