略论产后便秘的饮食养生

摘　　要：《汉书·郦食其传》说:"民以食为天"。中医饮食养生是借助中医理论指导人们调整饮食,合理地摄取食物,以增进健康,益寿延年的养生方法之一。产后便秘是妇人产后较为常见的并发症之一,多由产后饮食肥甘、缺乏运动及分娩损伤等多种因素综合引起。产后便秘妇人轻者出现腹胀、不欲饮食,重者则导致肛肠疾患、胃肠功能紊乱、子宫脱垂等严重证侯。现代治疗产后便秘的方法虽多,但临床疗效不佳,治疗起来非常棘手,而饮食养生自古就是医家采用的重要养生、治疗、康复方法。结合产后便秘的现状,从病因病机、饮食养生原则和方法进行探讨,发挥中医养生在产后便秘方面的养生康复及治疗的优势,来提高产妇产后的生存质量,尽早恢复产妇的生理和心理的康复。Hanshu·Liyiqi biography recorded：food is the first necessity of the people.Chinese regimen is a method of getting health and longevity acorrding to adujst diet and rational diet.Postpartum constipation is a common complication caused by less exercise,fat diet ,birth injures etc.and other factors.The light syndromes are bloating and poor appetite.The serious syndromes are anorectal disorders,gastrointestinal disorder even the prolapse.There are many methods to cure postpartum constipation in the modern medicine but usually get a few therapeutic effects.but diet regimen is a very important method of regimen and treating disease.On the basis of the present situation,etiology and pathogenesis,principles of diet regimen and treatment,taking advantage of Chinese regimen to improve the life quality of the puerperas.
