摘  要:目的探讨三维超声在胎儿体表畸形的产前诊断中的临床意义。方法收集具有胎儿体表畸形的病例,对其三维图像进行回顾性分析,并与传统二维超声进行比较。结果共诊断胎儿体表畸形184例。二维超声诊断172例,疑诊11例,漏诊1例。三维超声诊断183例,漏诊1例。三维超声对体表畸形的诊断较二维超声更具优势。结论三维超声能提供直观立体、逼真的胎儿体表结构图像,丰富了诊断信息,能增强诊断信心,为二维超声的空间信息补充,两者联合应用可提高胎儿体表畸形的检出率。Objective:To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal surface malformations.Methods:Analyse cases which were confirmed fetal surface malformations by three-dimensional scanning retrospectively and compare it to two-dimensional scanning. Results:A total of 184 cases fetuses with surface malformations were confirmed.172 cases were diagnosed by two-dimensional scanning while 11 cases of suspected diagnosis ,1 case of misdiagnosed ;183 cases were diagnosed by three-dimensional scanning while 1 case was misdiagnosed. Three-dimensional scanning is superior to two-dimensional scanning in the diagnosis of fetal surface malformations.Conclusions:Three-dimensional ultrasound can provide an intuitive and lifelike fetal surface structure of images which enriches the diagnostic information and enhances diagnostic confidence. It is complementarily of the two-dimensional ultrasound and the two in combination can increase the detection rate of the surface malformations.
