香菇线虫病害及防治的初步研究

摘　　要：针对福建省屏南县反季节袋栽香菇烂筒病迅速蔓延的现象，对其病原线虫进行分离，并对病因和防治方法进行研究。结果表明：病原线虫为Ａｐｈｅｌｅｎｃｈｏｉｄｅｓｃｏｍｐｏｓｔｉｃｏｌａ和Ｒｈａｂｄｉｔｉｓｓｐｐ．。病原线虫侵噬香菇菌丝，约３０ｄ出现症状，导致香菇严重减产，其生长繁殖的最适温度为２０～２５℃。病原线虫主要通过含有残留菇料的土壤和浇带线虫的水传播。用杀线虫剂杀灭线虫或降低虫口密度，管理上注意搞好环境卫生均可起到预防线虫危害的作用。The substrate rot of pocket planting Lentinus edodes of out of season culture had spread quickly in Pinnan county,Fujian province.Its pathogenetic nematodes were isolated and identified as Aphelenchoides composticola and Rhabditis spp.. The pathogens and the prevention results showed that,the pathogens engulfed the mycelia of L edodes and caused a serious endangerment.The symptoms occured about one month late.The pathogens entranced the substrate from soil with the residual substrate and water containing nematodes.Spraying nematocide or reducing population density and keeping the environment clean could protect L edodes from harmness.
