煤矿井下四足自移式矸石回填机设计与研究

摘　　要：通过对现有矸石回填工艺及回填设备的调研,分析设计了一种全新的四自由度全液压驱动矸石回填机。该机可以随着回填面的推进而自动移动,其行走装置采用4足与机架交替位移的方式实现间歇式行走,同时可以实现抛射输送机调平调偏功能,对巷道地板复杂状况的适应性强。经过实际测试,该设备具有适应性强、回填效率高、操作方便等优点。Based on the existing gangue-backfilling technologies and the backfilling equipments, research, analyze and design a new fully hydraulic 4-DOF gangue-backfilling machinery. It can automatically advance with the backfilling surface moving and its walking device moves by alternating positions of 4 feet and the rack. Meanwhile, it can finish the leveling and deviation-adjusting function for the ejection conveyor, and it also has the strong suitability for the complex conditions in tunnels. Finally; the actual test shows that this machine has advantages of strong suitability, high backfilling efficiency and easy operation.
