新疆乌鲁木齐地区各类错患者APDI值的测量分析研究

摘　　要：目的:了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区APDI值在错畸形患者中有无性别、分布情况差异。方法:测量符合标准的211张头颅侧位X线片,按APDI值正常值和一个标准差分为过小、正常、过大组,进行性别、人数分布分析。结果:各组中APDI值无性别差异,人数分布有显著差异。根据APDI值分析,安氏一类错中APDI值正常组(54.8%)>过小组(27.4%)>过大组(17.8%);安氏二类错为过小组(56.5%)>正常组(31.9%)>过大组(11.6%);安氏三类错为过大组(53.6%)>正常组(40.6%)>过小组(5.8%)。新疆乌鲁木齐地区与合肥地区APDI值分布在安氏一类与三类错中无统计学差异(P>0.05),在安氏二类错中,APDI值分布有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:新疆乌鲁木齐地区错患者APDI值无性别差异,安氏分类各组人数分布有显著差异。Objective：To study the APDI value of patients with different malocclusion in XinJiang Urumqi to find if there were differences in sexes and the distribution. Method： The 211 patients normative cephalometric radiograph were measured. According to the normal value and a standard deviation of APDI,it could be divided into the groups of smaller value, normal value and larger value to analyze the distributions of sexes and number of patients. Results： There was no difference in the distribution of sexes. But the distribution of the number of patients had notable differences in the APDI value in all groups. According to APDI value, In Class Ⅰ malocclusion,normal value group（54.8% ） 〉smaller value group （ 27.4% ）〉larger number group （ 17.8 %） . In Class Ⅱ malocclusion , smaller value group （ 56.5 % ）〉 normal value group （31.9%） 〉larger value group（11. 6%） . In Classm malocclusion, larger value group（53. 6%） 〉normal value group （40.6%） 〉smaller value group（5.8% ）. To compare to HeFei area, there were no differences in Angle Class Ⅰ and Class malocclusion. But the distributions of patients in Angle Class Ⅱ had notable differences. Conclusion： To APDI value, there is no difference in sexes. The distributions of patients in all angle classes have notable differences.
