摘　　要：博雅教育是21世纪倡导的一种教育理念。博雅教育培育全面发展的人才，人文精神是其核心要素。大学是培养人才的摇篮，应紧跟时代步伐，不断更新教育思想，为国家的发展做出贡献。作为大学教育新生力量的辅导员们，首先要领会博雅教育所要求的人文精神，将其融入到平时的工作中，从点滴入手，于细微处44新，把服务学生作为工作宗旨，从实际出发，紧密结合我校“建设省内一流综合性大学”的目标，创造性的开展高校学生工作。Liberal Education is a leading educational ideal in the 21th century.The Liberal Education cares all-round development of human beings,centering on the humanity.The university is the cradle of educating the talents,so it should update its educational Idea frequently to keep up with the times,then to do Honorable service to the nation.As counselors of the new students in the university,Fist of all we have to understand the humanity which required by the Liberal Education,then do well in our normal life from many a little to a good innovation.We should deal well with "serve the students well" as our tenet and act from the fact.What’s more we should keep good relation with our goal of building our university to be one of the top class universities,and do the student service creatively.
