摘  要:目的:肌上皮细胞断裂是乳腺癌微浸润的早期事件。以前的研究在肌上皮细胞缺口处发现了一些形态独特的细胞,这些细胞完全缺乏ER的表达。本试验对这些形态独特的ER阴性细胞群的免疫组化性质进一步进行研究,目的是寻找肿瘤微浸润的早期生物学标志,并探讨微浸润癌细胞免疫性质的改变对乳腺导管癌早期浸润的潜在影响。方法:选择30例微浸润乳腺导管癌蜡块,分别用ER、PR、细胞增殖和肿瘤侵袭等相关的指标进行标记。结果:微浸润癌细胞群除失表达ER外,还缺乏细胞增殖及肿瘤侵袭相关蛋白的表达。但是,它们却高表达c-erb-B2。结论:ER阴性细胞群可能是许多病理改变的目靶,微浸润癌细胞免疫组化性质的改变可能又进一步促进了早期浸润的发生。Objective:Disruption of myoepitheliat cell layers is a prerequisite or an early event for breast tumor micro - invasion. The previous studies revealed that a subset of micro - invasive tumor cells overlying the focally disrupted ME cell layers (FDMCL) completely lacked ER expression. This study has investigated the immunohistochem- ieal profile of these ER negative cell clusters ( ER - NCC) overlying FDMCL,to look for the early signs of micro - in- vasive stage and to assess the potential impact of these early alterations on the micro -invasive. Methods :Thirty eases with such ER - NCC have been selected from our previous studies and assessed with a panel of routinely used biomar- kers for cell proliferation and tumor progression. Results : In addition to ER, these cell clusters completely lack expres- sion of proliferation and progression related markers, in contrast to adjacent cells within the same ducts, which were strongly positive for these markers. However, they have showed a higher expression of c - erb - B2, compared to their adjacent counterparts. Conclusion:These ER -NCC overlying FDMCL might be targets of a variety of pathological al- terations,and the alterations of the immunohistoehemical profile of these ER- NCC might accelerate micro- invasive lesions.
