摘　　要：目的:观察蛋珍油对急性放射损伤所致的家兔食管细胞超微结构的影响。方法:12只家兔随机分为放射组与蛋珍油组,在照射后第5天取材,观察各组食管细胞组织的超微结构的差异。结果:在脂滴水平、间隙变化、肿胀情况、脱落程度、尤其是染色质的改善方面,蛋珍油组家兔食管放射后细胞损伤情况,较单纯放射组明显改善。结论:蛋珍油可以防治放射损伤所引起的家兔食管细胞超微结构的改变。Objective： To observe the influence of Danzhen oil on ultrastructure of acute radiation - induced esoph- ageal injury in rabbits by transmission electron microscope （TEM）. Methods：Twelve rabbits were randomly allocated to 2 groups ： irradiation group and Danzhen oil group. The pathological changes of esophagus in rabbits were observed by TEM on the fifth day after irradiation. Results：The levels of lipid droplet, changes of intercellular space and cell swelling,degrees of cell shedding, especially of chromosome in Danzhen oil group were improved than irradiation group. Condusion：Danzhen oil can orotect ultrastructure of esolahaa-us in rabbits from radiation damage.
