摘　　要：目的:研究RhoC蛋白在喉癌及癌旁组织的表达,及其与淋巴结转移的关系,探讨其与喉癌的发生、发展以及转移间关系。方法:2004年2月-2006年6月期间在解放军463医院耳鼻喉科首次进行手术的原发喉癌,共51例,采用免疫组化方法检测RhoC蛋白的表达及分布情况。结果:喉癌内组织RhoC蛋白表达的阳性率高于癌旁组织;淋巴结转移组RhoC蛋白表达阳性率高于淋巴结未转移组。结论:RhoC蛋白表达在喉癌的发生、浸润以及淋巴结转移中起促进作用,发挥了癌基因的作用,可作为喉癌发生、浸润及局部淋巴结转移的分子生物学指标,对预测喉癌的发生、局部淋巴结转移以及预后有一定价值。Objective：To study the expression of RhoC protein in human laryngeal carcinoma,and periphery tissues. Methods ：The subjects were 51 patients who were diagnosed as laryngeal carcinoma and operated with laryngectomy. The expression of RhoC protein was examined with immunohistochemical method and RT-PCR. Results.Poairive rate of RhoC protein in human laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in periphery tissues. The positive rate of RhoC in carcinoma with node metastasis was significantly higher than that without node metastasis. Conclusion ：The expression of RhoC protein plays a role in the growth, invasion and local node metastasis of human laryngeal carcinoma. RhoC protein promotes the formation,invasion and lymph node metastasis as oneogenes, may be used as biomarker for the growth,invasion and local node metastasis of human laryngeal carcinoma.
