摘　　要：目的:探讨超声在乳腺浸润性小叶癌中诊断价值。方法:对40例经病理确诊乳腺浸润性小叶癌患者的声像图资料,结合病理进行综合分析。结果:40例声像图主要表现为边界模糊不清(39例)、形态不规则(37例)、边缘毛刺(20例)或成角(14例)、内部回声为低回声(35例)、后方回声衰减(33例)。结论:超声在乳腺浸润性小叶癌诊断中具有较高应用价值,可弥补钼靶X线不足。Obective：To investigate the diaguostic value of ultrasound for infiltrating lobular cancer （ILC） of breast. Methods ： The breast sonograms in 40 cases with ILC were analyzed and compared with data of pathology. Re- sults：The ultrasonic imaging characteristic of 40 cases with ILC included border of cloudiness （39 cases ） , irregular shape （ 37 cases） , skin needling （ 20 cases ） or homed （ 14 cases ） margin, low internal echo （ 35 cases） , rear active return loss （33 cases）. Conclusion： Ultrasonography is effective for the diagnosis of infiltrating lobular breast cancer and can remedy the deficiency of mammography.
