摘　　要：表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)与绝大多数肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,近年来对EGFR及其信号转导的研究较多,对其相应药物的开发已成为抗癌药的研究热点之一,已有相关药物应用于临床治疗。本文综述了近年来EGFR及相关抗瘤药物的研究,为寻找新的抗瘤药研究提供资料。Epidermal growth factor receptor relates development of many tumors. Researches on EGFR and development of related medicines are focus topics. From different aspects to analyze the refined data, such as mechanical research and/or medicine development, could be helpful to understand EGFR. In this paper,the research work on EGFR and its related anti -tumor medicines were iintroduced,which can provide data for further anti -tumor medicines research.
