摘　　要：肿瘤的生成、转移、复发和预后均与肿瘤血管生成密切相关。随着对肿瘤新生血管形成机制的深入研究和肿瘤血管生成抑制剂的研发,大量研究证实部分中药有效成分可能具有较强的肿瘤新生血管抑制作用,很可能会为肿瘤的防治,特别是为肿瘤血管生成抑制剂的开发提供新的策略和方向。Angiogenesis is critical for tumor growth, invasion and metastases. With the development of research on anti - angiogenic molecular mechanism and the exploitation of anti - angiogenesis agents, the active components of Chinese medicine has been demonstrated to produce a marked antiangiogenic effect. For the cancer therapy, specially will possibly provide the new strategy and the direction for the tumor anti - angiogenesis.
