摘　　要：组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)是细胞角蛋白18片段上的M3抗原决定簇,血清中TPS含量的高低是衡量肿瘤细胞分裂和增殖活性的一个较为特异的指标。研究表明TPS在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、预告复发和转移、评价预后方面有独特的价值。本文将从TPS的结构特性、影响因素及应用等方面进行综述。The tissue polypeptide - specific antigen （TPS） is a fragment of cytokeratin 18, the M3 epitope. Serum concentration of TPS is a measure of the degree of tumor cell division and proliferation activity in a more specific indieators. Study shows that there is a unique evaluation of prognostic value in the early diagnosis of malignancy, recurrence and metastasis. In this paper, the structural characteristics from the TPS, the impaet of factors and applications will be summarized.
