摘　　要：非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin lymphoma,NHL)不是一种单一的疾病,而是一大类生物学行为迥异的一族疾患,瘤变后的局部淋巴组织中的淋巴细胞也极易循环至全身,通过相应的治疗取得一定的效果,然而仍有少部分原发化疗抗拒(难治性)或短暂缓解即复发的病例,预后不佳,需要寻找新的解救方案或治疗手段以控制肿瘤的生长。本文就最近研究进展作一简单综述。Non -hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL） is not a single disease but a large group of disorders. Lymphocytes is a major component of the immune system, cancer changed the local lymphoid tissues. There are still a small part of the primary resistance to chemotherapy （refractory）, or short -term to alleviate the recurrence of the disease, the prognosis is poor, need to find new means to control the growth of the tumor. The latest research are reviewed in this article.
