摘 要:采用单因素和正交试验设计,运用微波辅助浸提法,对不同乙醇浓度、料液比、微波火力、微波处理时间下的药桑红色素提取率进行测试,以确定最佳提取条件。通过比较提取效率表明:乙醇浓度、料液比、微波火力、微波处理时间四个提取因子中,以乙醇浓度、料液比对色素提取率起主要影响,单因素和正交试验结果确定的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶45,低火,提取4min。按此优化的工艺条件提取药桑红色素2次,并测定其含量,结果表明:提取率可达到97.9%,同时与传统溶剂法提取药桑红色进行比较,传统溶剂法提取3次的提取率仅为94.8%。说明微波辅助浸提法是提取药桑红色素的有效途径,较传统溶剂法具有较好的提取药桑红色素的能力。The article studied the optimum process conditions of microwave extraction from the red pigment of the medical mulberry by single factor test and orthogonal test.The extraction rate at different material-liquid ratio,alcohol concentration,microwave power and times is testified in order to determine optimum extraction condition.By comparing the extraction rate of these methods,the result shows that the chief influence factor on the pigments extraction yields is the concentration of ethanol and the material-liquid ratio.The optimal technological were as follows:material-liquid ratio was 1 ∶45,alcohol concentration was 60%,at low microwave power for 4min.Microwave extraction rate reached to 97.9% by 2 times extraction,while the result of traditional method by extracting 3 times was 94.8%.We can get conclusion that the red pigment could be got more easily by microwave extraction.
