摘　　要：目的：巨大鹿角形肾结石在开放手术在不阻断血流的情况下完成取石，最大限度保护患肾功能。方法：15例均顺利手术完成取石，手术并发症少，除一例出现尿瘘时间较长外，无其他并发症。结论：在基层医院治疗肾鹿角形结石较好方法。Objective：Giant antler shape kidney stone, in opening surgery in does not block the blood stream m me situauon to complete takes the stone, maximum limit protects the trouble kidney function. Methods： 15 example smooth surgeries complete take the stone, the surgery complication are few, presents the urethral fistula time besides an example to be long, does not have other complications.
