2007～2008年龙岩市市售蔬菜农药污染状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解龙岩市市售蔬菜中农药残留情况。[方法]2007～2008年，在龙岩市城区农贸市场采集销售的各类蔬菜进行18种有机磷农药、5种有机氯农药、4种氨基甲酸酯类农药、9种拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留检测。[结果]检测各类蔬菜样品582份，农药残留符合国家标准的432份．合格率为74．23％。农药残留合格率，叶菜类为72．19％，甘蓝类为73．91％，豆类为75．00％，果菜类为74．47％，瓜菜类为82．50％，鳞茎类为57．78％，茎类为90．00％，块根类为100．00％。检出超标的农药有27种，其中禁用农药9种，部分种类蔬菜多种农药超标。[结论]龙岩市市售蔬菜农药污染严重。[Objective]To understand the status of pesticide residue in vegetables in market of Longyan city. [Methods] Determination of pesticide residue on vegetables collected from free market was conducted in Longyan city from 2007 to 2008, which concerning 18 types of organophosphorus pesticides, 5 types of organochlorine pesticides, 4 types of carbamate pesticides,9 types of synthetic pyrethroids residue. [Results]582 vegetable samples were tested, pesticide residue can meet the national standard in 432 vegetable samples. The qualified rate was 74. 23%. The qualified rate of pesticide residue was 72.19%,73.91%,75.00%, 74.47% ,82.50%,57. 78%,90.00% and 100.00% in leaf vegetable, cabbage,legume,fruit vegetable,melon vegetable,bulb vegetable, cauline vegetable and root tuber vegetable respectively. 27 types of pesticides were over the standard,in which 9 types of pesticide are not permitted to use. Many types of pesticide in some vegetables were seriously over the standard. [Conclusion]Pesticide contamination in vegetables sold in the market was serious.
