摘  要:国家公务员考试录用制度是进入公务员队伍的“入口”,关系着公务员队伍的素质以及国家机关的行政能力和行政效率.关系着政府的形象和国家各项事业的成败。科学的考试录用制度,可以为国家选拔符合职位要求的优秀人才,提高政府行政效能。反之,会造成政府机构人浮于事、效率低下。因此,完善公务员考试录用制度对整个公务员制度有着举足轻重的作用和意义誊本文主要论述公务员考试录用制度的概况、影响公务员考试录用制度科学性的因素、我国公务员考录制度存在的问题(以江苏省为例),并提出相应的对策建议。National civil service examination is the "entrance" to the civil system. It relates to the qualities of the civil service as well as the administrative capacity government's image and is the cause of the success of state organs and administrative efficiency, relates to the or failure of the state. Scientific examination of the system can select the talented people who can meet the requirements for the state, and improve the effectiveness of government administration, on the contrary,government agencies will be overstaffed and inefficient. So, improving the examination system plays an important role and is the significance of the entire civil service system. This article focuses on the examination system overview , factors system , and the problems of the examination system in China( that affect the scientific of the civil examination taking gives some solutions.
