美金刚联合银杏叶治疗老年性痴呆的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用美金刚(易倍申)和银杏叶(金纳多)对老年性痴呆患者认知功能和行为能力的改善作用。方法100例老年性痴呆患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例采用美金刚20mg口服,共治疗12周。另给予银杏叶注射液30ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,共2周。对照组50例仅采用美金刚20mg口服,共治疗12周。治疗12周前后评价简易智能精神状态评估量表(MMSE)、日常生活功能量表(ADL)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、痴呆严重程度临床评定量表(WMS)。将结果进行统计学处理。结果治疗组治疗后MMSE、ADL、HDS、WMS评分较对照组均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后评分亦有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美金刚和银杏叶联合治疗对老年性痴呆患者认知、行为能力等均有显著改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of combinition of memantine and ginaton in treating old patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease on cognitive function and behavioral. Methods One hundred patients with old patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease were divided randomly into 2 groups ,the treating group was treated with memantine 20 mg/d for 12 weeks ,combined by ginaton 30 ml/d for 2 weeks ; the control group was only treated with memantine 20 mg/d for 12 weeks. Af ter treating for 12 weeks ,the score of MMSE ,ADL ,HDS ,and WMS were evaluated and treated statistically in both groups before and after treatment. Results The score of MMSE ,ADL , HDS , and WMS were obviously improved in the treating group than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference pre-and post-treatment in the treating group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combinition of memantine and ginaton can markedly ameliorate the cognitive function and behavioral abilities in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
