摘　　要：党的十六届六中全会提出了建设社会主义核心价值体系的重大命题和战略任务,同时,根据党风廉政建设的迫切需要提出并确立了廉政文化建设的新理念。正确认识社会主义核心价值体系在廉政文化建设中的地位和作用,用社会主义核心价值体系统领廉政文化建设,对新时期加强党风廉政建设,深入开展反腐败斗争具有重大而深远的意义。The CPC＇s Sixth Plenary Session of The Sixteenth Central Committee expedites the construction of socialistic core value system of major decision and strategic mission. Meanwhile, according to the urgent need for the cultivation of clean government, it promotes the new concept of the cultivation of clean government culture. It is of profound significance to strengthen the cultivation of clean government and to further develop the anti-corruption struggle in the new period to correctly realize the position and function of socialistic core value system and its leadership in the cultivation of clean government＇s culture.
