激光联合中药治疗视网膜分枝静脉阻塞30例效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察激光联合中药治疗视网膜分枝静脉阻塞的疗效。方法回顾性分析30例(30眼)视网膜分枝静脉阻塞(BRVO)患者激光联合中药治疗的临床资料,观察治疗前后远视力、眼底变化情况。结果显效26例(26眼),显效率86.67%;视网膜出血、水肿全部吸收20例(66.67%),部分吸收8例(26.7%),未吸收2例(6.6%);对数视力、眼底新生血管发生率等与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论视网膜分枝静脉阻塞早期激光联合中药治疗对保存视功能,防止并发症具有良好疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Laser photocoagulation combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion.Methods 30 cases of laser photocoagulation combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment. To observe the change of the patients vision and eye ground condition. Result The obvious effects in 26 cases （26eyes）and total effect rate is 86.67%,retinal hemorrhage ,edema,all the absorption of 20 cases（66.67%） partial absorption of 8 cases（26.7%）,not absorbed or aggravated in 2 cases （6.6%）;logarithmic vision and retinal neovascularzation compared with those before treatment,the difference was significant （P 0.01）.Conclusion The Laser photocoagulation herbs combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine has excellent effectiveness for treating branch retinal vein occlusion
