摘  要:性别主流化是联合国提出的一项旨在促进性别平等的全球性战略,《苏格兰学校性别平等清单》的出台正是教育领域进行性别主流化的重要体现。论文从苏格兰性别主流化的教育背景出发,围绕政策、校园文化和环境、课程和教学、教师支持和管理、领导和合作几个方面分析苏格兰性别平等清单的内涵与价值,并揭示该清单的制定对中国教育领域性别主流化所发挥的积极启示作用。Gender mainstreaming is a globally accepted strategy that has been adopted by the United Nations to promote gender equality. Gender Equality——A Toolkit for Education Staff is an important introduction of gender mainstreaming in education. This Toolkit is built on an understanding of the Scottish educational environment within which gender mainstreaming is to be carried out, and aims to analyze the function and value of the Toolkit from the aspects that are relevant to the achievement of gender equality. These aspects in- elude teaching process, policy development, management and support of staff, campus culture and resources, and leadership and cooperation. The framework and the indicators of this Scottish gender equality toolkit have given great inspirations and played positive roles for us to promote gender mainstreaming in Chinese education.
