摘　　要：近些年来,公共事业管理本科专业呈快速发展的趋势。但是,该专业大量毕业生并未进入公共事业专业领域就业,这无疑给公共事业管理专业的建设与发展带来了极大的挑战。咸宁学院,在公共(卫生)事业管理专业建设方面做出了有益的探索,建立了"三位一体"的培养模式,并力求该模式实现动态的发展、完善。In recent years, Public Affairs Management major was at the trend of rapid growth. However, the large number of graduates does not enter the fields of public utility , this undoubtedly brought great challenges for Public Affairs Management major＇s construction and development. Xianning College, in public （health） Business Management has made a useful exploration of establishing a ＂trinity＂ of the training model, and has seek to achieve dynamic development of the model.
