摘 要:为进一步探索电场强化沸腾换热的机理,利用高速摄像仪对沸腾汽泡在电场作用下的生长过程进行了可视化实验研究.实验观察到电场作用下汽泡生长的动态图像.研究结果表明,电场作用下汽泡沿场强方向伸长,随着场强的升高,汽泡的脱离长径比增大,汽泡脱离壁面时的椭球外形更加明显;随着场强的增大,汽泡的脱离体积减小.分析了汽泡行为的变化对电场强化沸腾换热的影响.In order to further study the electrohydrodynamic enhancement mechanism of boiling heat transfer, the dynamic growth process of boiling bubbles in electric field was visually observed and investigated experimentally with a high-speed camera. Experimental results show that the bub- ble elongates along the direction of electric field. The bubble's aspect ratio is increased with the in- crease of electric field intensity and the elliptical sphere shape is more evident than in the case of without electric field, and at the same time, its departure volume is decreased. The influence of the change of bubble behaviour in electric field on boiling heat transfer was analyzed.
