摘　　要：为探讨两种不同修复方式对白斑治疗效果及其防止癌变的影响，本实验对金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变标本中ＭＴＣ疤痕修复现象进行研究，发现疤痕组的白斑发生率、远期癌变率、上皮异常增生发生率及其严重程度均远低于无疤痕组。Our purpose was to inquire the different curative effect on leukoplakia and the prevention from carcinogenesis between two ways of repair.In studying the phenomenon of MTC scar repair among the specimen of cheek pouch leukoplakia, we found that the incidence of leukoplakia, the prognosis, the incidence and severiry degrees of displasia of the scar group were far lower than those of no scar group, moreover, we could verify MTC was of active and affirmative significance in blocking the carcinogenesis of leukoplakia.
