摘  要:基于虚拟仪器技术设计并实现了一种新型压电器件阻抗测试分析系统;该系统以工业PC机作为控制单元,采用GPIB通信接口与Agilent4294A高精度阻抗分析仪进行通信,在Labwindows/CVI开发环境下开发了测试分析软件,实现了测试数据和图形的同步显示、Excel数据报告生成、测试曲线保存和打印等功能,可完成对薄片、柱形和环形等多种压电器件的阻抗参数以及换能器带宽、机声效率、机电效率和电声效率的计算;实际应用表明该系统测量结果精度高、所生成的测试报告图文清晰,且操作简便快捷,提高了工作效率,具有很好的应用和推广价值。A new impedance test and analytical system based on virtual instrument technique is designed and implemented for piezoelectric components. The host computer communicates with Agilent4294A, a precision impedance analyzer, by GPIB. The test and analysis software running in the host computer is developed based on Labwindows/CVI platform. It performs some useful functions such as displaying measurement data and graph synchronously with Agilent4294A, generating data report as a Microsoft Excel file and saving/printing test graph. Through this system, users can measure kinds of impedance parameters for piezoelectric elements with different shapes like slice, column or circle. And also it can be used to calculate bandwidth, mechano acoustical efficiency, mechano-electronic efficiency and electronic-acoustical efficiency for piezoelectric transducer. The application results show that the measurement data are precision, graphs are clear in the test and analysis report, and it is easy to operation and helpful to improve work efficiency.
