脑出血患者IL-10的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察脑出血患者IL-10蛋白的表达情况,探讨IL-10蛋白在脑出血患者中表达特点与脑出血时间的关系和意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测65例脑出血患者出血灶周围脑组织IL-10蛋白的表达。结果65例脑出血灶周边脑组织标本中,IL-10蛋白阳性表达率为89.2%(58/65),10例正常脑组织中IL-10蛋白阳性表达率为20.0%(2/10),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。IL-10蛋白在脑出血后不同时间阳性表达率分别为:出血后<24h89.4%(42/47),出血后>24h88.9%(16/18),出血组之间比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论IL-10可减轻脑水肿并能减轻血肿周围炎症反应、增加周围神经细胞数,提示IL-10对脑出血有神经保护作用。Objective To investigate the expression of IL-10 in intracerebral hemorrhage（IHC）and find out its significance and its correlation with the time of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The expression of IL-10 were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining. Results In 65 cease of intracerebral hemorrhage positive expression rates of IL-10 was 89.2%（58/65）and 20.0%（2/10）in normal brain tissues. The positive rate was significantly higher in intracerebral hemorrhage than in normal brain tissues（ P〈0.05 ）. IL-10 positive expression rates were 89.4% （42/47）in 24h, and 88.9% （16/18）after 24h of intracerebral hemorrhage. IL-10 expression was irrelated with time of operation after intracerebral hemorrhage（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Interleukin-10 has protective efects on nervous system in intracerebral hemorrhage.
