摘　　要：如何提高高校教育信息化管理的效率已经成为当前一个非常突出的问题。文章描述了几个突出问题的成因和解决问题的难点,提出了应用智能卡来解决这些问题的方法,并设计开发了一个典型的应用系统,为高校教育信息化管理中遇到的典型问题提供了很好的解决思路。How to improve the efficiency of current informatization management in colleges and universities education has become a very prominent issue. The causes of several outstanding problems and difficulties of solving the problems are described, the methods of using smart card to solve these problems are proposed, and a typical application system is designed and developed. A very good solution idea is provided for the typical problems in informatization management of colleges and universities education.
