派丽奥联合瘘道搔刮术治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察派丽奥软膏配合瘘道搔刮术治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法对82例有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的患者,随机分为两组,实验组(派丽奥)采用局部瘘道搔刮后派丽奥注入,对照组(浓台液)采用局部瘘道搔刮后浓台液注入,用药2周后,观察瘘道愈合效果。结果实验组有效率92.68%,对照组有效率73.17%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论派丽奥配合瘘道搔刮术治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎疗效明显,值得推广。Objective To observe the curative efficacy of periocline combined with fistula scraping in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods We divided 82 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis randomly into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given local fistula scraping followed by the injection of periocline and the control group was given local fistula scraping followed by the injection of thick tyrode＇s solution （compound iodine oral solution）. After 2 weeks, the fistula healing of both groups was observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.68% and that of the control group was 73.17%, with a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Periocline plus fistula scraping has an obvious effect in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis,worthy of popularization.
