摘 要:目的探讨5-羟色胺2A受体基因多态性与精神分裂症的相关性。方法采用Amp-RFLP方法对精神分裂症患者和各对照组的5-羟色胺2A受体(简称5-HT2AR)基因的相关性进行了研究。结果精神分裂症患者5-HT2AR基因A2A2纯合子基因型频率及等位基因A2频率均高于对照组(χ2=8.99,838P均<0.01),对发生精神分裂症的5-HT2AR基因A2A2纯合子相对危险度是236。结论本实验结果提示5-HT2AR基因的变异与精神分裂症有密切相关性。Objective To assess the association between the gene polymorphism of the serotonin 2A receptor and schizophrenia. Methods The association between gene polymorphism of serotonin 2A receptor and schizophrenia was determined with amplification restriction fragment length polymorphism (Amp-RFLP) technique in healthy persons and 272 schizophrenia patients in Guangdong, China. Results The frequency of A2A2 homozygote was higher in the patient's group than in the healthy group ( P <0.01), and the frequency of A2 allele was also higher in the patient's group than in the healthy group ( P <0.01). The relative risk of serotonia 2A receptor A2A2 homozygote for schizophrenia was 2.36. Conclusions These results indicate that there is a positive association between the variation of serotonin 2A receptor gene and schizophrenia in Guangdong, China.
