摘　　要：人的发展是智力因素和非智力因素共同作用的过程。人的社会属性,要求高等教育必须重视非智力因素在人才培养与发展中的作用,充分发挥家庭、学校和社会育人功能,遵循人才培养规律,实现人的科学发展。Human social attribute demands higher.education must pay attention to CultiVating the non-intellectual factors in talent training and development, functioning of educating of the family; school and society,following the rule of talent training, realizing human scientific development.
