摘　　要：分析了我国高校图书馆实时咨询服务的现状,通过本馆开展实时咨询服务的实践,论述了实时咨询服务的优势,有助于提高信息服务水平。This paper has analyzed the present situation of consulting services in the university library in China.Through carrying out consultant services in the library,the paper has expounded the advantages of real-time consultant service that is favorable for improving information service level.
