摘　　要：结合工程设计实例探讨了在城市特殊历史风貌地段中进行新建筑设计的方法,指出应着重从建筑所处时空环境中寻求创作依据,关注建筑本体,以求得在传承基础上的创新。The study of new architectural design method in the area with urban special （or historic） flavorful appearance shows us that for achieving innovation based on handing down, the designers should emphatically seek for basic of creation upon the environment of time and space and pay close attention to the main factors of architecture.
