摘  要:目的研究不同类型臂丛神经卡压及松解后对颈交感神经节超微结构的影响规律。方法取SD大鼠24只,分为臂丛上干卡压组、下干卡压组、上千松解组和下干松解组,每组各6只。臂丛上干和下干卡压组在卡压术后3个月,取材颈中交感神经节。臂丛上于和下干松解组在卡压术后3个月、神经松解1个月后,取材颈中交感神经节。电镜观察颈中神经节超微结构。结果电镜下见臂丛上干和下干卡压组的主要表现为线粒体明显肿胀、嵴缺失呈空泡样改变;上干和下干松解组的主要表现为粗面内质网扩张明显,线粒体体积缩小,数量增多。结论不同类型臂丛神经卡压后,颈中交感神经节的主要变化可能与神经元的代谢障碍有关;而神经松解后,颈中交感神经节主要变化可能与神经元的分泌功能有关,同时线粒体有可逆性的变化。Objective To investigate the changes of the uhrastructures of cervical sympathetic ganglia (CSG) in braehial plexus compression and the influence of nerve decompression on these uhrastructural changes. Methods Twenty-four SD rats were divided into 4 groups with 6 each: upper trunk compression group, lower trunk compression group, upper trunk decompression group and lower trunk decompression group. The CSG were harvested 3 months after brachial plexus compression in the upper trunk compression group and lower mink compression group. For the two decompression groups, the CSG were harvested 1 month later following the 3 months compression period. Uhrastruetures of the CSG were observed using electron microscope. Results Uhrastructural changes in the upper and lower tnmk compression groups were represented by swelling mitochondria, missing mitochondria cristae and mitochondria vacuolafion in the CSG. The major uhrastructural changes of CSG in the upper and lower trunk decompression groups were endoplasmic reticulum enlargement and the decrease in volume and increase in number of mitochondria. Condusion Following brachial plexus compression, the ultrastructural changes in CSG are related to metabolism of the neurons. After nerve decompression the changes in CSG are related to neuron secretion and functional recovery of mitochondria.
